transfer case swap

Will the transfer case from my 68 strait stick ( with T shifter) bolt up to the 73 c4 I am installing, so as to keep the T shifter? and how do I mate them and keep the balls in place?

Yes. The early '73s used the T case with the C4.

Install the spud shaft/bearing retainer into the tcase to keep the bearings in place. Then you attach it all to the adapter.
