vent window delete on eb ?

i talked to a guy at vintage glass a couple of wek ago and he said that they sell a kit to delet the vent window on a eb i was also looking in bronco driver and there is a silver branco race truck that has no vent window in it
has anyone done this or know any info that may help i am thinking that this might be a cool add on for the new project

I had this idea in about 1984....and no talent to even try to figure it out.

And there are TWO broncos with vent window deletions in the current issue of Bronco Driver. I had never even seen one before.

Run a search here for a thread posted a few years ago. I had a few pics posted on it with EBs and vent window delete.
I can't find the pics on my harddrive.

i wouldn't mind making the vent window a stationary piece but the sheetmetal piece in place of it looks a little off to me.

i have a 55 chevy truck that had them but i took them out and put in power windows and had a local glass shop cut me some glass but the at flat glass

How are you going to get it to pass the hinge bracing inside the door? I think that is the reason for the metal at the front.

bill i dont know, i just know ne relics said they could handle building the kit for power windows and the delete. have not got that far.
