I now own and manage commercial real estate. We have retail and industrial properties. I spent almost 20 years as a residential remodeling contractor prior to what I do now. Waiting on checks is a lot easier than construction.

I am in my last week of undergrad for bussiness managment. Looking for a job! (from durango to bozeman!)

Ideally id like to design/engineer/develop things for the aftermarket automotive industry, but will probably start by working for someone else getting setup financially to start my own small bussiness.

Longterm I hope to own some relestate property, allowing me to do something with the kids when they grow up - if they show any interest in working with their old man

Engineering, Engineering, Engineering... my first 15 years was spent designing and testing aftermarket gauges for NASCAR, NHRA, Pro Steet and Hot Rodders in general along with developing fuel systems for ATVs and Personal Watercraft. I briefly dabbled in OEM instrument cluster design and fuel systems for VW & GM but liked the aftermarket side better.
Currently @ 14 years with an Engineered Seal company. We sell just about every type of seal for any type of industry and provide our customers with custom seal designs solutions and/or design suggestions for the mating seal grooves. We also provide design support and components in plastic injection molding, stamped metals, CNC and screw machine technologies.

Interesting note for me personally: I owned my first EB (1976, 302, 3 speed on the column) in 1986 just as I was entering my professional career (was what I drove to work day 1). I did some things to my '76 but what a difference as compared to what I've done to my current '74 because of what I've learned and my increased knowledge & skill level since way back then. Wish I had my '76 back too. But I've had a boat load of Ford's in between - mostly '78 & '79 F150s and Broncos.

I was a production development coodinator for a plastics company that made beverage coolers. We produced everything from high end fishing/camping equipment to large concession equipment for all of the large stadiums and arenas around the US and internationally. Took a quick stop in the bar business and then on to the railroad. Currently I am a yardmaster. Basically I control train movement in a seven mile stretch for the UP and foreign railroads along with managing the crews that switch out the industries in town.

I am a senior practice manager at a local hospital. I currently have 11 different physician offices that I manage. I have all specialists, it's pretty much like being a babysitter in in the 2-3 year old class at a daycare! Haha.
