Which steering box to run, 6 or 4 turn?

I have both boxes, both need rebuilt as I don't know their condition first hand. My build is a street driver on 33's no off road. Which box should I rebuild? Also using stock steering wheel. Also gonna be selling the box I don't use. I searched prices which were all over the place. What do you guys think is a fair price? Is the 4 turn worth more? Thanks, Bob.

The four turn is worth more bc its a lil rare and the fact that its a four turn. But that don't mean ur gonna get what you might think. It's all about condition of the box. If you want $300 for it, plan to spend another $200 on having a vendor rebuild it. By that time you can already have a 4x4x2 converted box that's rebuilt for less than $375-$400. I've seen 6 turn boxes from $100-$250 but again it depends on condition. You may say its tight but we don't know unless someone sees it or just takes a chance on it. You will some people selling PS box and pump as packages.

I'd like to be first in line if you decide to sell that four turn box! I'm looking for such a box for my build.

The 4 turn box is nicer to drive with especially with the big steering wheel. Prices for either version can be as high as $400.

Ditto Viperwolfs post. While many perfer the 4 turn box someone looking for a bolt on factory bronco steering box wont care so either should sell at around $400 not rebuilt. Some venders ask around $600 for a used box and thats with a $200 core charge. a rebuilt box $800 + core charge.
Id pretty much sell as is dont bother spending money on a rebuild as the higher the price the harder it will be to sell.

Looks like I'm gonna keep the 4 turn box. Anybody interested in the six turn box? 300 plus shipping. I might keep it around though until I have the 4 turn rebuilt.

That's a good plan. Lots of parts interchange. Some are not available.
