Just looking at new to me WH adjustable track bar, seems the bolt holes are not stock.

The frame side track bar size is 3/4, and my stock frame side shows about 1/2 maybe 5/8ths?

The axle side track bar uses 1 inch bolt and my oem size, verified with another makers bolt, is 3/4.

What am I missing? I can't really see installing a 1 inch bolt at the axle side. Or redrilling frame side to 3/4.

The hardware for the WH track bar is the same as stock. Here are some photos (aftermarket frame in these photos)

Axle side is 3/4, and frame side is either 5/8 or 9/16 depending on the year. 76-77 uses the 9/16 and 66-75 uses the 5/8.

I see now that you got a "brand used" track bar, does it have metal sleeves inside the bushings? If not it could explain the size difference. Have any photos?

Last time I checked, I used a 13/16 wrench and a 7/8 wrench on my 9/16 diameter upper track bar bolt. It’s a 1970. Factory frame bracket, factory track bar.
I can confirm tomorrow, but I’m about 95% sure.
