Windshield / Doorframe spacing

Can someone provide me a picture of the windshield/doorframe spacing from the side?

I am reassembling the Bronco for fitment before painting and I bolted the windshield in place today when I began noticing the gap between the door window frame and the windshield. I don't know if weather stripping will cover the gap. Can anyone shed some light on this for me - is this an issue or a concern?

Please note, the windshield isn't anchored yet with dash knobs or windshield brace at the top

Wow I think I posted something like this five years ago. Did you build the tub yourself? Gaps are subjective, each Bronco is slightly different. Do you have your weatherstripping yet? Eye ball test says the lower gap is close. How are you going to secure the frame, attach to rollbar or are you using a hard top? The top will be drawn in, so the lower is the only area to concentrate on.

I am in the process of rebuilding the Bronco and I try to address adjustments as they pop up. I started positioning the windshield so I could measure distances for my adjustable tensioning brackets from the roll bar to the windshield bolt hole when I started looking at the gap. The windshield will be drawn in more at the top and I can press the frame in with a minimal bit of effort to get the windshield frame edge and door frame parallel but the gap between the two looked concerning

Until you tighten the windshield up u wont know, you will be surprised how much it will close up. I made adjustments on mine last week. If the outside of the door frame is even with the outside of the windshield it will be ok.

That's what I'm hoping - but my concern is the space after I adjust the windshield. When I flex the windshield back and get the angle correct between the frame and door, I have over an inch gap all along the frame and windshield. I wanted to know if that gap is larger than normal and should attempt a fix before I paint and apply weatherstripping.
