Well it all started as a set of long tube headers into dual 2 1/2" exhaust through spint tech mufflers (hollow boxs) dumped over the rear axle. If it were a hot rod or mud or sand drag truck that would be perfect. But as it was with my mostly stock 302, it scared the crap out of my little girls and every time I fired it up they would scream and run inside the house. It was pretty effective at getting me some peace and quite when I wanted it hahahah..... Anyways....
So I did some more horse trading with Sicaz66 and ended up with a set of JBA Shorty's, a 3 stage Flow Master, and set of twinsticks.
I had the exhaust put on by Cannon Muffler in La Habra. Those guys do great work and I got a killer deal for the set-up. They ran it 2 1/4 down tubes into a "y", into the muffler, 2 1/2 out the back with a chrome tip shooting it down towards the ground. The thing sounds great. Just loud enough to let you know it's a V-8 when your standing next to it. And gives a nice growl as you run down the street. Definitely toned it down enough to be able to carry on a conversation around. I'm very happy with the set up. Enjoy the Bronco Porn!
