Heck, I think Nicks Trix should buy it and restore it...just to show us how good he really is. ;D I'd give him a couple hundred bucks for it if I was close. Has to be a few useable parts.

Chrome headlight rings, chrome windshield knob's like the gas cap. The gears are probably real steep can't really tell but it's probably a C6 trans and it's not a dana 20 the way it's clocked. If he has a title theres some of your money back cause the glovebox lid is there. You would get double your money back just in parts,I like the tilt frontend if it would work with a winch. What a waste bet it looked nice years ago. Not a bronco engine the dipstick is up front in timing cover.

After looking at those pics closer that frontend look's an awful lot like a 60 or am I seeing it wrong. Has the c-caps for double shocks too.

Probably why it was left to rot is that the owner was scared to drive it!!! I see many reasons I would not get it out of low range.....Check out that single reservoir master cylinder('66)...and stopping 44's..... The PO may be dead....probably scared To Death!!!!

That ram looking thing is a weird electric ram for the tilt hood.
The engine is dropped down into the frame 4 inches or so.
the windshield knobs are rusted though so bad one broke off in my hand. No title and the vin plate on the kick panel is gone. (its a 66) Only 3 of the tires are good one of them has been flat for so long it has ripped open. The top is completely gone with rust. The tailgate is to, and it is not the right 66 tailgate so that I could try to salvage it. Around here 4x4's are everywhere on 44's or bigger and they all run dana 60's or 21/2 ton's. There is no market for the axles or gears, or rims.

It did give me some good Ideas for the tilt front end if I ever wanted to do that. I would change almost all of it lol but I like the way the fenders are done.

So is the frontend a 60 or were my eyes telling me a story, just look's bigger than a 44 to me. You said no market around you for those thing's, did you forget about us. I liked the way the fenders were done also.

Paint job says it all...was probably a sweet ride back in the 80s! Lowering the engine is definitely one way to fit an air cleaner. Somebody put a lot of effort and welding into it back in the day. Funniest part of the story is you running into after all these years!
