I pitty the guy that inherits this engine from me. Everything is custom and the parts on it won't fit any other engine.

That sounds like the N352 headed 330" stroker I had in a Ranger. It did sell and is no longer in this state. Used a third party to further seperate myself from that engine.
I was nice enough to give a stack of reciepts so he could try and figure it out. I also moved so any address that might be on the reciepts would not be my place anymore. Actually moved twice.

It looks stock and normal on the outside:cool:

I couldn't see it when driving but it would get a little smokey in the garage if I let it idle very long. If I reved it up it would puff a good cloud out.

This is what mine looked like when I pulled it apart. Used lots of oil but funny I never noticed smoke. Those are Fel-Pro 1250s. The rebuild now has 1250S3 gaskets. Not started yet so we'll see.
Is there a reason I couldn't have just used the standard gaskets in the rebuild set? Edelbrock says not to, but why?

The intake port holes are too small and they usually have a sealing crimp around them. I have read that the factory explorer and '93 cobra intake gaskets may have the bigger intake ports.
