every time i go into the classifieds there is people trying to sell parts or complete broncos but they never post any any pictures. or they post a link that goes to some shitty web site where you cant enlarge the pictures or you get this bs line. i will post pics later. but it never happens

wtf is wrong with putting the dam pics in with add the same time you list your stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!

i wish they would delete every add without a picture just my 2 cents!!!

I prefer to use photobucket because the picture limitation on all of these forum sites suck.

Hell, every single time I sell something I include pictures, and video when I can. Does this site allow embedding video stores on the site - No! I posted video on the operation of both power steering boxes I've sold - it gives the buyer the utmost confident they will be getting what they expect.

I post pictures in thumbnails and they expand to 1200x1600 when clicked on - details are important.

You are just running into people who either don't care, don't know or are lazy.

For example-

Because sometimes the person is away from being able to take a picture when they list something. I have been out of town and forgot to take a pic before I left.

I have also posted stuff without pics saying that pics are upon request to weed out the people that are trolling and get requests by people that are really needing a part.

That's just me.

Parts don't bother me but if you're trying to sell a Bronco it just makes no sense to me

Some parts can be a pain to photograph, so might as well just save it for when someone is really interested, usually those are small parts though. I think anything worth more than say, $50, is worth taking photos of. A whole Bronco on the other hand, no excuses, if you really want to sell it, post some pics. At least enough to get an idea what your looking at.

I do now require photos of all parts I buy from people on here. Got burned once when there was a pretty big difference in opinion over the definition of "good condition." If someone is hesitant to provide pics now, I run. Only exception is if someone is offering something for free or very cheap, I'll pass on photos as there isn't enough money at risk to bother them over it, but even then those deals have rarely worked out for me.

In this day and age you can't even commit a crime or beat up a perp without somebody capturing pics or video. I wouldn't think it's too much to ask to snap a cell phone pic prior to advertising something you are trying to convince someone to buy.

What I dislike from the classifieds more than no pics, are old school sellers who will only accept cash or money order! What era do you think we live in? I haven't written a check in years..

I've seen some "build threads" with 30+ pages of crap wih a total of 2 pages of pics. Some build threads also get annoying when a few guys let the inside joke thing go on for page after page.

I've enclosed a pic to show how frustrating that makes me.

I brought this up awhile back, suggested Admin could give newbies a free couple of days to post pics without having to buy a membership. I figured it would make it easier for Bronco sellers and bronco buyers to connect, which would have to be good for the site.
Everyone jumped on me like I had rabies, couldnt see beyond the 12 dollar fee.

I usually send pictures upon request when I have parts listed for sale. I am finding people want the parts given to them at such a reduced price.....I don't know why...When Real ford parts are not cheap. There seem to be people who use this site as if it was a discount swap meet......PAWN SHOP PRICE'S....For that reason..I don't know where PEP BOY'S IS...I'M JUST SAY'IN
