I noticed I did a little self clearancing on my oil pan in Moab so I decided to borrow my friend's forklift and take a look. I guess I need to get some bump stops :)

Rear axle is assembled and ready for install. Had to press the studs in the housing on the front axle and it will be ready for install tomorrow. New fuel filler and vent hoses installed. Need to get the suspension under her tomorrow so I can get on to the Painless harness.

Took mine to a local show yesterday. It was the only EB there and got a lot of attention. I have figured out that my old stocker can't compete against fully restored, chromed up, classics for trophys but I did bring home a bucket and a sponge from the drawing ;D. There was really nice 1939 Lincoln V12 there.....

Getting things wrapped up for the MEB round up this week. Got the tube bumper on the front, reinstalled the CB and 12V charger plug. Mounted the spare tire. After dinner I'll get the rocker condoms mounted up.

Better half is loosing patience with all the prep work. Oh well.

Installed a new longer PS belt and adjusted to make it line-up a little better.

Got the rear under her. Ran out of mig wire with about 2" to go on the second upper link I had to extend.

Ruined the studs pressing them into the d44 hubs yesterday (would have never thought the disc rotor went inside the hub). Called a dozen places and no one had them in-stock locally. Getting good at hub/bearing R & R. Lol

Studied the twin stick and Winters shifters and got a plan together.

With the adversity I had today I was just glad to get an axle under her (kind of).

This past weekend changed my fuel filter, new fuel line, fuel pump, new Edelbrock Thunder Series 500c carb, and finishing touches on the shifter conversion from column to floor. The floor shifter rock! Thanks to bteutsch for helping with me get the carb adjusted.
