In the middle of a hydro boost swap. Was gonna go with a ps fluid cooler. What is the better mounting place? In front of the core support for more air or on the front of the fenderwell?

Anybody using a Saginaw dual return gm pump with a keyway pulley? My issue is I run the smaller pulleys on the motor and the Lincoln pump with a regular pulley doesn't turn fast enough at idle. Running ps and hydroboost it drags at low speed. The only smaller ps pulleys I can find for it are...

Neither of my broncos have heaters. I've been using the rubber caps on the extra port on the water pump. They keep springing leaks every couple months. Is the a place to get urethane ones or something better besides pulling pump and threading it for a plug?
