I'm rebuilding a T shift D20. Background info is it was fine behind the original 3 speed trans. After the 435 was swapped in it developed a tendancy to pop out of rear high. Upon teardown it was obvious the rear shift fork had worn into the rear sliding gear about .070". Usually this happens...

Rebuilding a C4 and found a bad part. This is the inner pump gear. See the crack? This will happen when the converter is not installed far enough to engage the flats on the gear and the bellhousing bolts are used to "pull" the trans to the engine block. Don't do it.

I've had a couple requests for toggle switch replacements for ignition, wiper and headlight switches over the last year so here are some diagrams. Ignition switch: Biggest pro is ease of use. Biggest con is ease of theft. Fairly simple circuit to construct and everything should work as before...
