    Pulley size?

72Sport, According to your description my fan is installed correctly. I have not let it get as hot as it wants because I have not had to sit at a light for that long. It will climb from 180-190 when traveling down the road or trail and immediatley start climbing the hottest I have seen it get...

    Pulley size?

Nope no AC or anything else in front of the radiator. Should the wings on the fan be towards the radiator or the engine? My fan blades are aluminum and have a pretty aggressive pitch to them. thanks for all the help so far. matt

    Pulley size?

The radiator is brand new. How far away should the fan be from the radiator? Will I get more air flow with a greater fan pitch? matt

    Pulley size?

I have a fan shroud with a mechanical fan. I am not sure what kind, but it has aluminum blades. I will have to go out and check how many blades. It does not seem to pull much air at idle. matt

    Pulley size?

I am having problems keeping the bronco cool at idle. I had heard somewhere to change the waterpump pulley to make the fan turn faster at idle. Does this really work and would I want a smaller or larger pulley? Are there any other things I should look at. It runs at about 180-190 when moving...

    bumper input

Very nice. The only thing I would say is they would look really cool if you could raise them to fill the body lift gap. Very cool. matt

Seat Mount to roll cage. Pics and suggestions

Looks good, I would still add some reinforcement to the hoops that the shoulder harness is attached to. The welds look real nice. matt

    4-Link?

Daily driver does not need a 4-link. I would just run one of the bronco specefic suspension systems like the Cage or Wildhorses. matt

Seat Mount to roll cage. Pics and suggestions

Looks Good. Is the hoop behind the seat for seatbelt mounts? If so, are you going to put anymore support in the hoop behind the seat? Matt

    Cross Enterprise front bumper

I have not had it off-road yet with the bumper, but it does look to have nice approach angles and the tube part of the bumper does not stick out as far as most other companies do. Mike, does great work. matt

    Trailer with living quarters?

Those featherlight trailers look nice and might be what I am looking for. I am still have a lot of time before making my decision.

    Trailer with living quarters?

Bowsher, I hear what you are saying, but the newer slide in campers that are big enough for what I want weigh in at about 4000#'s. I would rather have that behind the truck than in it because I only have a single rear wheel truck.

    Trailer with living quarters?

I am sure somebody could engineer some type of extension to make the jacks work, but if I could not take the camper off that would not be a big deal. I just need something that can haul the bronco and have a living quarters. I can't seem to find a trailer stout enough to haul the bronco and...
