i live in washington state and my dad drove over to idaho to pick up the same front axle about 2 days ago he got his for 700 but he didn't get a rearend with it. but dana 60 rears are dime a dozen

i just went and picked up a 78 (snofighter) dana 60 front axle and the matching dana 60 rear, 4:11 gears for $1200 is this a good deal for this set up and does anyone have any pictures of these in their bronco if so i wanna see what it looks like in one and wheres the cheapest place to find air...

i have the RAT 3 speed in my bronco and i took all the linkage off my other tranny that went bad i put all the linkages back to how they were and it binds really bad going into first and reverse what is some trouble shooting that i can do to figure out whats wrong?

which way does the clutch face?? does it have to be flush up against the flywheel or have a space??

im tearin out my transmission to see if its the clutch or the tranny that went out on me :(

ok my 68 bronco was riding on the throwout bearing and i was drivin down the freeway and it started to make a scratching noise under the doghouse i have the stock 3 speed in it and its so bad it grinds in first gear, 3rd gear and second gear is fine! it also grinds when ur foot is off the pedal...

i just took the knuckles off of a 79 f150 with the disc brakes on i and bough new calipers and the bleeders are on the top of the calipers.

ya i think thats whats wrong i think i have to drill out one of the ports so i can get more fluid

i figured out i had the lines going from the master cylinder to the wrong side on the proportioning valve and it built a LOT of pressure but then i bled the brakes just to make sure and i lost ALL my pressure and slowly built some back up. it has brakes but only at the floor board

well i bought the proportioning valve i dont know if its adjustable and how to you set the rod up to specs?? like i got some brakes by not pushing all the way to the floor and not cracking the bleeders all the way open but all the pedal is at the floor and maybe it is the rod how do you adjust...

ok i put the disc brakes on my 44 and went and put the explorer disc brakes on the rear put all new brake lines in it put the new proportioning valve in it for disc to disc and im running the bronco vaccum power brakes and i cant get any pedal, it works if you pump it up but there all the way at...

i just put the explorer disc brakes on mine and i love it thing stops instantly i would recommend doing it its not that expensive just go to the local u pull it yard and get the parts for pretty cheap!! havn't hooked up my e-brake yet but that is what im doing tomorrow!
