    Bronco Sitings in Gunnison

On Friday Sept. 14, two pickups with trailers were seen passing through Gunnison CO. On their trailers were 2 and 1 Broncos. All three appeared rough and in need of restoration. Is this someone from the area and/or possibly someone from this group.

Ron davis rad went bad... so sad

I had my RD radiator last less than two years with few miles and it developed several tube end failures. My Bronco is a street driven truck with few off-road miles. I too thought that this high dollar piece should give longer service. RD offered me dealer price and in a time crunch, I had them...

    Parts

I connected them, agreed on a price. I called back the next day with credit card information and the price went up considerably. I agreed again at the higher price and arranged shipping. He never charged my card, never shipped, and never contacted me. I saw him selling the same item on EBay the...

    Grill Chome clips

Brian, I recently did this and I too thought that those were too expensive. A quick look around town found no body clip. At the specialty bolt cabinet at the local big box home improvement center I found what worked just great and for only a few dollars. I found i/4" pan head bolts. Their heads...

Correct way to measure header collector?

What is the correct way to measure the header collector flange? They are offered in 2 1 /2", 3" and 3 1/2". Is this the diameter of the opening? Is it the bolt diameter? I have headers now and need new collectors and gaskets but I am uncertain of the size I have. Thank you for your help.

    hydroboost

Muddy. I used the booster, pedal, and PS pump from a 1978 Licoln Town Car.

    hydroboost

I hung the pedal differently than did Walker. I took the Licoln pedal and placed it into the same location as the Bronco's clutch pedal position. I did not remove the Licoln's or the Bronco's pedal assembly. My Bronco did and soes have an automatic transmission. There is a rod of about...

    hydroboost

What Walker is discribing and with photos is what I did. His installation is very similar to what I did. After hanging the Lincoln pedal, I noticed that it extented too far toward the gas pedal. I removed the metal support for the rubber pedal and moved it to the left about 1". I now have plenty...

    hydroboost

I relocated a hydro boost from a 78 Lincoln the the left of the column by using the Licoln's brake pedal hung from the Bronco's clutch pedal position. With some mods it works great, is away from the 5.0 EFI engine, and because it extends straight out, leaves the top of the inner fender clear...

    hydroboost PS pump

I used the PS pump and Hydroboost from a 78 Lincoln Town Car. This pump is a saginaw pump with two returns. On my 5.0 HO I used the PS pump bracket from a 91? Ford E-350 which had a 351 5.8L engine. I had to grind quite a bit of the bracket's out side circumference to clearance the PS gearbox...

    serpentine set up ques.

BJack, I have a 90 Mustang HO that I am assembling for my 76 Bronco. Use the stock Mustang water pump. I was at the salvage yard and came across a 91 Ford full size passenger van with a 5.8 engine and with a saginaw pump with the serpentine belt. I pulled it and luckily it fits the 5.0 engine...
