Assuming you have what they're currently showing on their website: https://tomsoffroad.com/parts/66-77-bronco-high-capacity-fuel-tanks/high-pressure-in-tank-fuel-pump/ It appears they're using a Walbro 340lph pump or a knockoff thereof...

LA Looking for a brake pedal from a 76 or 77 bronco

Looks like it's sold out and the moment but this is an option too: https://www.northeastclassicfordparts.com/product/brake-pedal-assembly-automatic-transmission-1966-1967-1968-1969-1970-1971-1972-1973-1974-1975-1976-1977-early-ford-bronco/ One of the vendors used to just sell the pedal too -...

Explorer 5.0L new fuel line parts - wrong approach?

Finding the filters on the shelf at the local auto parts store is probably a wash. They're likely to be equally available at most stores these days. If you slide the lines onto the filter and use a couple of hose clamps, which will work, I can guarantee when you want to replace the filter...

Explorer 5.0L new fuel line parts - wrong approach?

They use the 16mm x 1.5 o-ring adapters like, as you said, are often used in power steering and hydroboost conversions. A complete kit looks like this: https://hotrodfuelhose.com/products/factory-style-inline-fuel-filter-w-an6-fittings Todd Z.

What does the back side of the black plug noted in red below look like? Todd Z.

Explorer 5.0L new fuel line parts - wrong approach?

Now you're talking.....and get the fuel filter I mentioned (and @Broncobowsher provided the PN for) and you should be good. Although now you'll need another adapter for the fuel rail since you have two! Todd Z.

AAW wiring harness with delay wipers issue

I haven't looked at the new repops yet but on the originals, you have to move one wire for the washer to work. On the plug of the wiper switch assembly that plugs into the harness, is there one slot that is empty? If so, is there a black/white stripe wire adjacent to that slot? If so, move...

Explorer 5.0L new fuel line parts - wrong approach?

Yes, 5/16" is what you want. For the fuel line adapter, I'd use an AN adapter at the rail and then one of the Earl's Vapor Guard hose adapters instead of the Dorman adapter but that's just me. I think I'd also go with the common GM fuel filter with AN adapters for the same reason. A little...

    New to Me Nineteen Seventy

Fantastic photos and so happy that you're enjoying the cruising so much! Is that one of the repop Stroppe wheels? As for your brakes, perhaps a different bore size in the master cylinders in each kit? I'm guessing the WH/CPP master shown in the photos might be a 1 1/8" bore while I'm guessing...

Explorer Serpentine Conversion - PS pulley

I should clarify on this one a bit because I thought I was reading another thread when I responded initially :(. I think the diameter is probably ok with that one but the offset of the pulley to the mounting hole surface is off. Here's some visuals of the one I used...

Explorer Serpentine Conversion - PS pulley

I found the one I used online in this ebay listing: https://www.ebay.com/p/22010764303 Has that "NU" suffix on it too but I certainly didn't pay that much for it! Grabbed it from a Firebird or Camaro in the junkyard. Todd Z.

That’s not one you’d use for the Explorer conversion. Todd Z.

Upper & Lower radiator hoses for explorer swap

Glad it went together ok. I occasionally do the same thing. A Ford dealership mechanic years ago told me to use a little white lithium grease on the inside of the hose and I found that to work well. Todd Z.

Upper & Lower radiator hoses for explorer swap

You have them installed correctly in terms of the sides. The almost-90 deg. end on the pass side does look a little short/kinked when it's installed. I usually install the rubber piece on the radiator first and then slide the pipe up into it if that makes sense. I'll try and remember to...
