4R70W + Atlas II questions: overall length, shifter, crossmember and more

Beautiful work as always....and so nicely engineered. I'm sure the vendors could sell both of those items to willing customers. See all this cool stuff, @WILDHORSES ? :) Todd Z.

    Drivers side vent, what...

If you delete the airbox, this allows you to at least use the space for something else instead of it just being dead space. https://www.wildhorses4x4.com/early-bronco-under-hood-storage-tool-box Todd Z.

Extended capacity gas tanks: Any gripes about what's currently on the market?

There was a guy on here, or on social media somewhere posting about poly tanks some time back. A few weeks ago I was looking at Jeff's website and saw this, looks like he's brought them to market - although they're listed as out of stock...

    Speedway Motors

If I'm ever in Lincoln, I definitely plan on visiting the home store! I definitely want to visit the museum too - seen pics of it for years and now they have some off road racing stuff too, which sweetens the pot for me. Todd Z.

    Speedway Motors

I was hoping that the local Speedway Motors facility would have a nice showroom and lots of product to browse in-person. Visited one time a few years ago and was sorely disappointed. It's basically an in-person order counter only. It's far enough away that it doesn't make sense to visit in...

Reminder - AZ Bronco Roundup this Saturday - 12/14

I didn't get as many photos this year. Registrations were at about 190 but I think just over 100 showed up. A good mix of all generations with a lot of 6Gs in attendance. Todd Z.

    New to Me Nineteen Seventy

Sweet! Taking the Bronco out in the forest to get a Christmas tree was a family tradition when I was growing up. Great memories of those days! Todd Z.

Help - Hydroboost brake pedal returning slowly

Slow pedal return is usually a symptom of a restriction in the return line somewhere. You don't have a T, so that's a good thing. Anything else obvious in the return that could be restricting flow? Todd Z.

    power steering pump/ hoses replace.

Yes, many of the EBs had the OEM style cooler installed that you describe. Always helpful to have it. Todd Z.

Looking for some advice and opinions on buying a 1970 Bronco

Another good catch in the writeup, Paul. Definitely not OME stuff - they've never made suspension stuff for our Broncos. Todd Z.

    Toms EFI tank fuel pump

    Toms EFI tank fuel pump

Yes, that's the more common form factor for most of the OEM replacements. You guys have those pumps in your tanks. It's interesting that the aftermarket is always pushing (no pun intended) these pumps with much higher lph ratings than stock. The stock 5.0 Fox body pumps are a whopping 88 lph...

    Toms EFI tank fuel pump

Yeah, I think they're different. The shape is different than the more common lph rating pumps that I see used (190 and 255 lph). I'm not aware of any OEM application that uses 340 lph pumps but I'm not an expert in that arena. Not sure on the Walbro site listing cross-references either. Todd Z.
