    Opinions on bronco

Looks like they started out with a pretty nice truck though, the door jambs and inside of the doors (bummer on speaker holes) appear to be original paint... And nothing wrong with a shiny new front end if it is a disc brake Dana 44 (bummer on Chevy discs). Definitely not my bag of tea, but I...

What orange is this on my 77?

Is your glovebox stamped with paint code 2 by chance? Or blank? Cyan Red is a new one to me but I have seen Cayan Red, which I believe is the same as Tangerine...

    MT Jack related parts

Rex, I'll take the other two handles and the two wrenches with the lesser bend radius. Chris I'll go delete my WTB ad. :) http://www.classicbroncos.com/forums/showthread.php?t=292127

What orange is this on my 77?

I do not believe it is Coral, yours is less Red and more Orange, that's why I was thinking Tangerine or possibly even Vista...

    No paint code?

I agree, there should be more attention paid to "Special Paint" vehicles. It is a bummer that Kevin Marti doesn't have the documents to show what color they were actually painted at the factory. We have seen them painted in older colors, fleet colors, van colors, car colors, odd colors, etc. but...

    No paint code?

Any "Special Paint" Bronco would have a blank paint code. There were quite a few every year. Looks like your Marti says 354 for 1977? If you dig through the Marti thread you could find more, but I have these offhand: 1966 - No Data 1967 - 1968 - 1969 - 918 1970 - 1147 1971 - 1027 1972 - 645...

Yes, I have read that before too, but it's speculation. The order dates, build dates, and DSO numbers do not support that. All good, just letting you know... ;)

CA WTB - Jack Handle and Lug Wrench

Hi guys, looking for some nice jack handles and lug wrenches. I need a couple of each. Original paint preferred, but I can paint if needed. No rust pitting at least. If you have a jack with it I can buy them as a set or individually. Let me know what you have, thanks!

    1975 Denver Edition Build

FWIW, the Denver Bronco really has nothing to do with Stroppe other than the special paint code which is even a little different.

    Roof rack values

I think it depends on what you are looking for too... Are you looking for the dealer installed one that bolts through the roof that you have to remove the headliner to install or are you looking for an aftermarket rack that clamps to the rain gutter and is removable...? Big difference IMO.

    Ranger vs Explorer

I, myself, would pay more for an Explorer with the original color matched rubber floor mat in it than I would for a Ranger with carpet...

    Ranger vs Explorer

I don't think either is worth more. Definitely less Explorers than Rangers, but the Rangers actually have more "Gucci" parts on them.
