1977 Build for OCBR 2016 "Green Machine" Thread

The whole purpose of this build was fulfilled by it being ready for OCBR 2016 and allowing me to participate. I battled some problems as expected with taking a rig out for the first time. The brake cylinders were locked up on the rear brakes and I was still waiting on a rear drive shaft to show...

    OCBR 2016 Pics thread

I wanted to visit with you since I recognized your Bronco from YouTube and was following your build. When I saw it at the park I knew you drove a long way. I had too much going on and never got the chance.

    Lets see your LIGHTS :)

How did you mount your 52" light bar Motoman? I have this same bar and brackets and it won't work with my windshield. It either hits my wipers or the spacing is wrong for the windshield frame.

1977 Build for OCBR 2016 "Green Machine" Thread

Thanks! I could see the potential in it with all the parts I had and with John's ability. I wish I could have done most of the work myself, but time just did not allow it and with the amount of hours I work there was no way. John has done a magnificent job and it was the right choice if I wanted...

Has anyone ever REALLY helped you? Thank them here!

DirtDonk about four years ago. I was trying to get a 429 started and some how we began exchanging PMs. I was pretty new to the site and he went above and beyond out of pure kindness. It was a big deal to me to hear this engine run and I was able to thanks to him.

    Turning Point In Build

Found the pictures of the build West Coast Broncos did. They modified the firewall, removed the inner fenders, moved the battery back to the firewall, removed the mechanical fan and installed electric fans on the radiator, modified the front cross member to clear the crank pulley, made their own...

    Radius arms

They seem like one of those items that you hang on to forever in case you or someone needs it. After many years of storing them so you get rid of them, only to need one a week later. Radius arms do bend and someone may* need one. Those look to be in good condition. I'm selling a pair with caps...

I remember when you put those seats in your Bronco and described how well they fit, Ford Edge seats. I've been on the lookout for some for my 78 since.
