So your Bronco's never finished? Where do we go from here?

I like your build a lot and was just looking at it earlier, I'm subscribed to it. Don't let it fall into the archives ;D

    My Build, 1975 2-into-1

You're Bronco looks great and is coming along nice. I also bought some military Wrangler MT/Rs on 24 bolt beadlocks for mine and bought the TWF stuff to recenter them with rock rings. Keep it up and you will be there soon!

Show me your Grabber Orange broncos please!

I've seen Grabber Orange that looked like Vista Orange, a sherbet orange color to me, a true orange color comparable to the Tennessee Vols school colors is the best description I can give. I've also seen a '78 Bronco that was a Grabber Orange and it looked calypso coral. Calypso coral and...

    BC Broncos AC install question

I am going to have seat heaters installed also on mine, you could go that route too.

    BC Broncos AC install question

I had the same questions, I'll be running a soft top too with all new seals after a frame off. From what I've searched the A/C still does a great job with a soft top but curious about adding carpet too.

    BC Bronco EFI tank vent

Good to hear you were able to track down the problem. I have that same tank but yet to install it. I have also read there is a residue inside of it that can clog the filters, be mindful of this later.

Which D44 is the best to look for to cut down to size

The 76-77 had the wedges welded on but I do not think they had discs. The 78-79 had the cast wedges and discs.

    $20K to paint the bronco?

He may have been giving you a high quote to get rid of you. What kind of shop is this, do they mostly do new collision insurance work?

Were Baja Broncos available in 1976?

The Free Wheelin' package looks cool on a red Bronco also. I have two 78s but have never seen one in person. I have seen a couple of F150s with the decals in the last few years. It probably means nothing to the fellow driving them but I always think "Hey, that's rare".

SOLD ICON--this should be interesting to watch

Jonathan Ward, the owner of ICON, said that it is greatly done by having the Dynatrac ProRock 60 in the rear and keeping a lighter D44 up front. I've watched almost all his videos while working very slow nights waiting on call at the pharmacy. The wheelbase isn't stretched to my knowledge either...

    C6/203/205 questions

I was considering doing this exact swap since I already have it available, it's in my 78 Bronco. The packaging in an EB isn't that great from what I've heard and the driveshaft angles brought up earlier are making me decide against it.

SOLD ICON--this should be interesting to watch

ICON Broncos are more than just a nice Bronco. The asking price comes from about 1,500 man hours it takes to build one, plus the research and development, and the high end parts. They drive and feel completely different since the weight has been proportionally distributed throughout the vehicle...

    Cooper stt pro

NGA, I'm pretty much building a Bronco like yours except in Orange and with 33x10.50s. Thanks for sharing, I didn't know about the Extreme Country tire.

    Cooper stt pro

I love Coopers, I run the STTs in 35s on my Bronco. The new design, the STT PRO has more silica in the tire to improve it over the STT. The design pattern looks more aggressive too, like a pit bull rocker. I was at the Cooper service center last week and looking over the new tire and asking...
