Thanks! Ya i know t case nv 3550 came out of dads bronco with no noises. And it made noise with my 3 speed and c4 so i think its down drive shaft or rearend.all i know is it is driving me crazy lol

It was torn apart a while ago but the center section was good in my dads bronco but makes noise in mine and its not t case or transmission replaced them both

Just wondering without running those spacers would it cause your rearend to have a loud howl/growl noise under acceleration only or does that sound like ring and pinion or detroit locker??

So the spacer goes between the 4 bolt flange and the bearing?

i have the big bearing 9 inch with explorer 8.8 disc brakes on it. with the backing plate bolted down tight the axle still moves a good 1/2 inch out and in. i checked all the bearings and everything looked good. idk if there is a spacer you have to run or what?? i just dont understand with...

i have a 68 bronco with a 69 302 its bone stock besides the edelbrock performer intake and a edelbrock 650 carb. i was driving it and it sounded like an exhaust leak so i took it to a exhaust shop and they said it was a lifter tick. i dont know what cam and lifters to get from summet please help...

I just picked up a 69 351w for 100$ so I'm just gunna stroke that way more simple lol8-)

How much u pick up the motor for?? How far along in the swap are u

yes i agree on the 408 and i have a 1969 351w that spun a main bearing that would be a solid start to a stroker motor

Ya i was just going for to be different but I'm still tossin it around either spend all my money on a 4.6 conversion or put a built 90s 5.0 in there so many decisions:o

I wish i could do the 5.0.. i can pick up a 98 cobra 4.6 for 2200 which seems kinda spendy for just the motor alone
