    I grounded the sender wire (red/white wire) and my gauge does move but, only to the 170 degree mark. I will replace the sender and see what happens. If that is'nt the problemand continuity of the sender wire is good, how should I ground the sender? thanks.

    I used 6x6 in. Cantex brand junction boxes from Home Depot, they even have two dogear tabs that make a perfect mount for rear fenderwells. All you need to do is cut a hole on top w/ a cut-out saw or jigsaw, paint to match interior and fill w/ poly-fiber behind the speaker. They are heavy gauge...

    Yes. Could it be a bad connection coming out of the headlight switch wire harness/block to the fusebox? they seem tight.

    I'll double check the fuse clips...also just noticed there is no power going to the instrument panel fuse w/ the ignition and headlight switches on. Is that normal? Does'nt seem so.

    Where is the fuse located? Also, my high beam indicator and turn signal indicator lights do function properly. Could it be a bad IVR or ground?

    I have no power to my instrument cluster gauge lights...just replaced the headlight switch thinking it might be a bad rheostat, still have no power to the lights. I do have power to the ignition wire going to the IVR, and the turn signal lights function properly. Also, my gauges do not function...
