What cams are good on EFI setups? Rebuilding motor just checking what all the pros recommend.

The stock cam is pretty good as it is. If you want something a little smaller with more lowend find a stock explorer roller cam.

HO cam is good. Explorer cam (same as F series/Bronco after '94) is good too.

stick with 114 LSA

I just swapped cams without any other changes on a 347. I had surging idle, lopey idle, poor throttle response, low idle vacuum using all stock '93 mustang EFI......

FROM: 210 / 218 @ .050, .480 / .500, 112 LSA

TO : 206 / 212 @ .050, .480 / .480, 114 LSA

The engine is completely different now. Rock solid idle, snappy throttle and it is much easier to drive smoothly in traffic with a 5speed. I can drive twisty mountain roads and leave it in 4th all day. Unless you plan to run over 4500 rpm frequently, I'd stick with stock or nearly stock. My new cam is the smallest hyd. roller that Comp makes. XE258-HR-14.

With tuning work mustang guys can get much more agressive cams to work, but it's a lot of time / money for a lopey idle and high rpm power.

Not sure I know what a B cam is?

pure junk in a bronco is what it is. B cams are KNOWN for BAD idle quality. if you want a nice running bronco with great idle then listen to the folks talking about the explorer or OEM bronco cam. they are cheap at pull a part and made for EFI.

or you can buy a B cam then get on here and wonder why it hunts idle and surges.
