After waiting for one year, Bronco Hut finally comes through

Ok... I know many of you have had great experiences with Bronco Hut. That was not my experience. I waited one year to get these seat covers and although they came out nice, I was not happy with their customer service. I had to contact Melissa often and she would provide a litany of excuses as to why the seat covers were not ready. I was always the one who had to initiate contact and she often would not get back to me. When I bought and paid for the seat covers I was given a timeline of 1-2 months. 12 months later they’re finally here. I am happy with the quality, but feel it is important to voice concerns when our vendors are not following through or providing good customer service. With that said, I hope I do not need Ranger seat covers again because I would like to avoid this company in the future. Wild Horses will continue to receive my business as every experience with them has been good.

Justin, those pics look really nice. Gotta be happy with the results. Too bad you had to wait so long... frustrating but the results seem worth it.

I once ordered a new car for work. Took 13 months for delivery. It was just a regular production car. It was a company car replacing the exact same one I was driving so I didn't worry about it. But I do hold the record in the office for the longest wait between placing an order and receiving it. Sometimes stuff just goes wonky and takes way too long.

I've found it rare for anything like this to show up on time if it's not on the shelf when I order it. With that said a year is a long wait. My bc top took 5 months but I knew what to expect after reading posts on here.

And how many people on this site really know (or remember) what that statement means... ;)

You know all of our Vendors experience problems with their suppliers and shipping. Their costs are going up, and it is hard getting good employees. That said, a year is a long time to wait, without having good clear, and consistent communications. I believe BH puts out a quality product, worth the wait it appears, but if that is the last thing you need to get your project back on the road, it would be beyond frustrating!

Rick, AKA the "shiister". He was sending pics out several years ago about being some big way cool gun carrying, activist about something...

IMO, I think he was letting his hundreds of enemies know that he was packing heat every minute of the day... what a douche bag-he screwed so many people...

I recall when I ordered a 30x378 weatherby when they first became a Mark V offering. It was going to take a year with a 300$ deposit. It ended up taking 17 months but the day I picked it up I had to drive 3 hours to get it. My sister had acrid day needing a ride near the city I was going to. Long story short I have been married to that pretty lady almost 20 years now. 3 great kids. The other kicker is I got a call from Ed Weatherby apologizing for the added wait and he sent me Weatherby scope rings, sling, and empty box of Norma brass after I told him I had dies and planned nothing but handloads for my gun. At the time empty brass was 40$ a box, now over 60$

I know stuff happens but communicating it helps the disappointment ease better than sticking your head in the sand and NOT communicating

I used BH for my 74 Exp seats. I could not be happier w/ the quality and dealing w/ Melissa was easy. Sorry your experience was not the same as mine. I would def use them again

I recently got bent out of shape on one of the vendors on here, but have ordered from them again several times and they were great. It just shows any Vendor can have a problem from time to time. I have used Bronco Hut on several occasions and have not had a problem, but my next one may not be. I have learned everyone is like you or me, they can and will make a mistake now and then.
