Another Duff Shout Out

Friend of a friend has an eb.

They called and asked who he should buy his eb build parts from. They know I have owned mine since '83 and have spent a small fortune on it.
I quickly quipped Duffs are the best folks in the industry.
They said, "Ha Ha you sound pretty sure of yourself"...
I laughed and further explained that they may not have 100% of the parts you will need but the other 5 or 6 percent needed will be easy to find at the various vendors posted here at CB. I also explained that some of the vendors have specialized in a few of their own items and they are worth checking out.
That was nearly a year ago. Haven't spoken to those fellers in nearly all of that time.
Saw them this weekend. They were checking in on my Dad. Really nice older gentlemen. Friends of my Dad.
The elderly gentleman that was working on his eb made a point to tell me that the Duffs have been very good to him, stating, "They have been really patient with this old man".

While I was proud that I had suggested The Duffs to them, I was not at all surprised to hear how well their build has been going working with the Duff eb family....

Haven't needed to buy any eb parts for myself in the last few months but I know where I will head for my next eb part.

These guys are building an eb for one of their grandsons. Lucky kid.

Well, like I said above, "I know where my next eb parts are coming from"....

Ordered adjustable track bar, poly bushings, and a riser bracket.
My blue Duff poly bushings in my present oem Trac Bar are still perfect, just dirty. They are nearly 30 years old....maybe older. Still in one piece and fully functional just dirty and ugly and well.,...30+ years old so I got some new ones....

Anyway.
I ordered this stuff on Father's Day (Sunday).
It showed up on my doorstep this morning packaged beautifully and delivered ahead of schedule.

We haven't been pushing it real hard lately but the 10 kits that have gone out have all had great reviews. I'm going to call them all back to get real world feed back and post the results on our website, here and social media.

We just sold our first 2.5" Monster suspension system which includes long arms. It's going on a uncut bronco with 235/75 R15's. Look forward to posting the results on that too.

We are living in a great era for eb suspension technology.

Well.....
Decided to get me some 2nd Generation variable/progressive rate Duff coils.
I have some nearly perfect 1st Generation variable/progressive rate Duff coils.
I will try both with my soon to be installed Duff long arms and report back. With the new Duff coil buckets switching coils will be easy.

Oh and it only took 3 days to get it.
Packaged beautifully.
Within the invoice envelope Suzy included a letter with a stack of coloring sheets of Broncos for my little girl. Mike threw in a Carlisle Program so that maybe one day I can run into Mr. Duff at an event and get it signed.

I make no secret of my Love for the Duffs, regarding what they have meant to me over My 3+ decades of eb ownership but also what they do for the eb community.
The kind of personalized service I have always gotten with them through the years is unlike anything else I have experienced, even with vendors in my field (Geo-Tech) where millions of dollars are on the line.

I don't know if they know what they are doing to me or not....but let's just say I bleed Duff Blue....
