BC TRO how much to ream?

Just got my BC hemi linkage and it looks awsome. Can anyone tell me or show me how much i ream the pitman arm and the knuckles?
I have a 77 so i don't need the incerts but not sure how deep the threat should be.

Cut very little at a time and test fit often as you go.

I think i am done. I found a pic on Chuck's site and it looks like i need to leave about a 1/8 of an inch.
Now i need to order a rider bracket for the track bar before i tighten the nuts down. It looks like i need a 2&3/4 inch rise for the track bar.

Before I wrenched the nuts down I pulled the lower track bar off the bolt. It looks like I need to raise the lower track bar about 3". I just reached out to Bernie Kiser to order his 3.5" lift riser.

Should the saddle on your linkage face straight up or can it angle out in the direction of the pitman arm?
