Where did you get it? I got mine from north east. It was supposed to take several months but someone changed there mind and so they asked me if I wanted it. So I ended up getting mine in less than 6 weeks.
curious how this ships. do you have any delivery photos??

Best upgrade? Years ago when I put in power steering, I would have said it was the best. No more Armstrong steering with 38's.
Then it was D44/BB 9" with 1 ton TRO. The truck was so much more solid on the road.
But as of now, it's gotta be the 5.13's and lockers. The truck feels like the little race truck it used to, when I got it 20 years ago before I went stupid with tire size but was too broke to change gears. I am a converted "don't fear the gear" guy now.
I love driving it, it rips.

You ask a very hard question as my Mods were very valable to me and done over a period of 40 years.
first mod cut an flair front and rear.
Larger tires and rims.
2.5 lift and new shocks
added roll bar.
1st of 3 soft tops
bigger tires and shocks
front push bar and lights
home made front and rear bumpers
added 3rd gas tank
divorced auto tranny cooler
changed to duff J shifter
Home made rocker sliders
double shocked all around
door inserts and tube doors
added rear swing away tire carrier
Family cage
redid seats with headrests and 3 point seat belts
upgraded front axleshafts
Trutrac front and detroit soft locker in the rear
disc brake front and Hydra boost
Quadra jet carb
Things I wish I didnt do at the time
cut the dash for radio and light switches
lift kit with a block
cut the bed sides to fit rear speakers,
I cant rate any of these modifications
Knowing what I learned after 40 years do the front disc and hydraboost first and probably cut and turn the C's on the front axle.

Recently, replacing the old turn signal switch. Cancelling turns signals is one of those things that you never think about, until you don't have to do it yourself anymore.

Ram Assist , after fixing the frame and tubing it and breaking bolts holding he box this was the greatest one thing as it already had lockers in it
I’m not saying another chin of failure points didn’t occur
Oh and spend the 1200.00 bucks for the tie rod and drag kit as it is a lot cheaper in the long run to just buy the high dollar parts once

What trans, tire combo are you running with the 5.13’s? Still 38’s? Any highway driving?

Still just the 3 speed. I have a 435 and adapter that I intended to put in during this build but decided to wait till I can go with something with an OD.
It's now on 37" boggers which are way too old and frankly stupid on there. I think I want the 38x13.5 mtr's on it, but it looks like that's gonna be about $6000 for tire/wheel up here in Canada, so they have to wait. My hope is that the radials will be a little lighter and will roll better, so the truck will feel similar from a gearing perspective.
The dang tires keep me from taking it on the highway much, but it cruises at 80-90k (55-60?) pretty well on rural roads. Still has pick up and go at that speed, but thats where my nerves run out with the tires i have. The island has only one highway, and rural roads run parallel to it pretty much everywhere.

God I'd have to see if I posted this at some point but really a new wiring harness was key. Huge safety upgrade and can wire in whatever gizmos you want.
