I think perhaps some orange in the rims would give off that gator hint.

Got nothing but good things to say about the Matrix paints that I am using.

After the paint dried enough I unwrapped the truck, and go the tape off the floors, the tape had been on there for several months.

Now your gonna have to wait for pics, the paint booth is not available till Friday. Going to spend the morning going over the body one last time, see if there are any little areas that I missed, and spot prime a few areas that sanded thru the primer while wet blocking. Afternoon will be clean the shop time, got to make room for the next build. Going to be building one to sell.

Well the week has ended and no paint, but 8 AM on Monday she goes in the booth! So today I mounted (Yes I did it, not a tire shop) the tires I bought off Craigslist for $75, They are not new, but will be good enough till I can get the ones I want. While they were off I did a quick clean on the rims, not to bad, If I work on them a little more they would be great. So now Chipper is sporting a matching pair of shoes!

Busy day today, Had to go check on Chipper, we had some pretty nasty storms thru here last night, reports of tornado's in the area and Chipper is under cover but not inside, chipper is all good! just got a little wet.
Ordered Shocks, they should be here in a few days, Got 2 packages headed this way from Bronco ranch, going to have the SS fuel tank made this week. Everything to finish to a drivable state is either here or on the way!
Should be drivable, tagged and insured by Friday, I want to emphasize the SHOULD in that statement as we all know things happen!

Out in the sun pics will be posted tomorrow!

For those who have followed the build you know how rough this body was when we started, and for it to be a Zombie (Returned from the dead) was alot of hard work, welding, beating sweating and cussing. I am proud of how far this has come, and I am most proud that I can say I built this with my Uncle James!
