Interesting input Cowboy, Thanks! I would never have thought of the vortices thing on my own. Sorta interesting in that that's where I started - with honeycomb cells with a little depth from various Dodges glued/bonded together. Nixed it due to lack of solid bonding of sections. I'll keep tryin', thanks!

Back on the road again, sorta. As Yogi Berra would say, I saw a fork in the road and I took it. Working to get a wider, more horizontal look. Started by moving the bracket for the small corral and driving lights from the radiator side of the grill to front side. Also, I'm thinkin' more and more that the roll pan with air scoop just ain't gonna work. Not in the dumpster yet, but inching in that direction...….

Thanks Ken, assuming it ever gets done, it'll be at least the second nicest in my garage! I'm thinkin', when (if) it's done, road trip to O with another O and a Hi! in the middle!

Thanks guys, maybe I am almost there, almost crazy at any rate. Now, here's what I'm thinkin', and all comments welcome. Don't worry about my feelings, I have none, I've been married twice. The grill pieces are coming from a 1988 150/Bronco grill, see left pic of post 137. I will cut another similar piece from another grill to match the piece closest to the roll pan scoop in most recent pics. Then I will cut out an interior bar from the 1988 grill, saving the "T" pieces at both ends. The "T" piece will trimmed to accent the light and small Bronc corral, and the top and bottom horizontal bars will be radiused at the corners, like the bar nearest the roll pan. Sorta like this sketch. If that gets the go-ahead, I'll pick out some mesh or screen or shiny flat-ish thing to go between the horizontal bars. If that doesn't get the go-ahead, I'll probably get the go-away 'cause wife #2 is tired of the two steps forward, three back and wants a topless ride. In the Bronco I mean.

I think you getting there man! In that sketch I like the way you pulled the inner corral in some so it is not broken by the light headlight rings.

Here's something to ponder....center bar and headlight rings appear to be one piece, reshape the upper original outer corral to droop down, and shape the hood to match!

That's a spiffy look Teal, I like it! I don't think my fab skills could do it justice, especially in regard to the hood mod. Also, I am getting to the point where I JUST WANT IT DONE!!!!! Thanks for a cool suggestion!

Eureka, I think I've found it! And if not, I'm gonna do it anyway 'cause this pony needs to get DONE! First pic is a reasonable facsimile of where I'm goin', second pic is grill pattern, and I promise, no more posts until the grill is set to go! Howard in beautiful west Michigan
