Here are a few...

I tried to dress them up but still be simple and keep the utility look of the Bronco.

Lots of others that are little more fancy.

Hey greg Whats the story on the all Black panel and where did you find the black trim ring ? Thanks

I laser cut all those pieces. Had some in the for sale section but they are all gone now if the last two people come through with payment.

Bumping this up for some more pics instead of starting a new thread.

I picked up some speaker pods for a 6.5" speaker yesterday. They're not going to work for what I had initially wanted them for so i think I'm going to build custom panels and graft them in.

What is your guys' suggestion as to a material to start with? My pods are fiberglass and basically I want to bolt & glue them to a panel and then blend them in with filler, sand and paint/cover with fabric. I need something that will stand up to water as i like to spray out the truck. I have some "whiteboard", basically the stuff they use for ice arenas on the boards. Its pretty glossy, not sure how it would paint up.

I'm leaning towards sourcing a stock set of metal panels and going from there. I sold a set a couple years back%)

Here is mine. I ordered some black cordura online and wrapped some thin wood panels that I'd cut to size using an original as a template. I 1st sealed the panels and then wrapped em. I also did the side panels in the same way and it turned out good. waterproof and super tough.

Any way to get your template for the side panels, or could you trace one out for me?

Sure man. I can trace some out on poster board or something. I actually ordered some diamond tread ones that I decided not to use. Well..... I guess I used em afterall but just as templates for the wood panels. Lets see if anyone closer to you chimes in for some help. If all else fails lemme know (PM) and I'll get something to you.

Here's a thought I'm going to try. All those bed liners on the market stack up pretty thick. I'm going to just make some textured designs on my panels. I pulled some masking off of some nearly dry, but soft to the fingernal bedliner and the masking pulled really clean. So I'm going to take 3/16 inch 3M fineline tape and tape off a pattern, then shoot two coats of duraliner. When its 75% cured (do a test panel first) pull the mask. Then clean up the masked lines with a blade, and lightly sand the masked edges with gray scotchbright to get rid of the really sharp edges and paint the whole thing. Gotta paint an engine compartment and put a new motor in first.

Finished mine. Going to take my door straps down to the shoe maker today and have a channel sewn into the back side of them in order to run a speaker wire through it. I also ordered these - http://www.ebay.com/itm/321043742778?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2648 as my window cranks hit the speaker. i made sure they cleared when I placed the pod on the panel but then made some changes as I went that i thought wouldn't affect the crank, but I was wrong. mid-late '60's galaxies had these smaller window cranks for their vent windows - http://www.ebay.com/itm/1967-FORD-G...Parts_Accessories&hash=item4ac162fa8a&vxp=mtr

Anyways here's my finished product;

Ditto. I have some aluminum panels that I may or may not use, but they didn't come with edge trim. Where are you guys getting it?
