They are great! Go get one!!
My wife has an early 2022 Black diamond, four door soft top, wasnt a SAS package but I lifted it 2" and put Wildtrack tires and wheels on it. It has been a great truck a few warranty issues, only other problem was a EGR pressure sensor went bad, think a replacement was $40 on Rock Auto and about 45 minute to replace. It has over 103,000 miles on it now. Yes it can be noisy inside but no more that a soft top Jeep. Handles great on the highway and is really awesome for an IFS rig on the trail. Se has driven it on many log trips to Florida and NY. Hers has the 2.3 4cyl motor and auto trans. It is no sports car but gets the job done. MPG is around 18.
I have had two four door Badlands one was a SAS the other wasnt, and a two door Black Diamond. The first Badlands I ordered and it took forever to get. It was a 2022 model nice truck was soft top Non SAS, leather power seats, carpet floor, kind of plush. It was nice but liked the look of the two door better. I only had it about 4 months and traded it on a 2023 Two Door Black Diamond it was a non SAS model so I lifted it 2" and put a set of Sasquatch Wheels and tires on it. It was a 2.7 with an auto and was a complete blast to drive, never had a single issue with it but found that it was small and my son getting in and out of the back seat was a pain. The hard top was quieter on the highway then the soft tops. Traded it in 2024 for a four door Badlands SAS package and I love it no problems with it at all about 30,000 miles on it. Been on trips, hauled all kinds of stuff and it is also the fastest bronco I have had, for some reason it just rolls. It is a soft top and yes it is not quiet on the highway but it is miles ahead of any EB I have had. I would love to find a hard top then it would be perfect for me. I will also say that the fit and finish has gotten much better since the 2021-22 model years.
So I would look for a hard top, 2.7, a Badlands or Wildtrack. If you buy used get one 23 or later.
