EFI Fuel Filter Micron Size?

I need to replace a fuel filter in my 5.0 fuel system. I currently have a 2 filters - one before and one after the pump, but they are both 100 microns. Are these sufficient, or do I need to change my second filter to a 10 micron and leave my first one at 100 microns?

I am hoping that 100 microns is sufficient for gas injectors.

If I remember correctly the Ford factory filter is 30 micron.
100 is prolly ok, but why chance it?

The filter after the pump at 10 micron is what you want; the one before it is just fine at 100.

Thanks for the input.

Looks like I'll be moving the 100 micron to before the fuel pump and a new 10 micron filter for between the pump and the injectors.
