Electrical Gremlin

Recently, my windshield wiper, heater fan, and blinkers stopped working. My headlights and hazard lights are working fine. I installed a centech harness years ago, and I can't remember...is there a common ground for all of these? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Had the exact same problem recently....wiggle the ign switch and see what happens.

Centech doesn't do diagrams.
