Anyone running both the explorer serpentine setup and the proflo 4. Just wondering how to route the heater hoses? Another kicker I have the BC bronco vintage air set up so my hoses run to the right side of center into the firewall

Thanks for any help

Don’t think that location is such an issue, but where the compressor mounts could be.
Where is yours now? If it’s enough different from the Explorer, you may have to make new hoses.

I have an explorer water pump and the ac compressor is mounted on the driver side just above the power steering pump

Is it ok to have the hoses sit between the intake and valve cover? My engine compartment is running out of run very fast

Absolutely. No harm in wires or hoses or tubes running in that valley, as long as you have room. And as long as two other criteria are met.
One is that shouldn’t interfere with anything else, such as throttle linkage. And two, make sure they’re all fastened down securely.
All else should be good.

So you’re already running the full explorer set up?

So I started w the explorer serpentine brackets that I had forever. The alternator bracket pulled the aluminum threads out when I started to loosen the bolts. I bought a new alternator bracket from BC to replace it. I bought my ac kit from BC and it came with the power steering pump bracket. So I now have 2 new serpentine brackets.

I am in the reassembly phase I haven’t driven my bronco with this set up yet. It was bone stock when I got it

probably not aluminum thread pulling out, bet its a steel insert that was not in tight or loctighted.
