Good guesses, but that is not the app for the one I took a pic of, but I will give a hint and say these nuts are under the hood, and not inside or under the Bronco.

Sorry to interrupt.. but this would be a good thread for this one..

Being as this was my first frame off and pretty much touched every nut and bolt on my bronco i do have a couple parts left over..

I thought this would be part of the tire carrier or license plate stuff on the tailgate but it wasn't.. now I have no idea where it goes.. but it must have been important enough to get painted

iam sure it will be a duh moment as soon as someone says something but what is it and where does it go?

is this the reflector mount for the driver side/tire carrier?

Since we sold our 77 Ranger, the other two stockers do not have this part, so here are a few pics of one on a parts truck I have stashed out back in the woods.

The bracket is satin black from the factory.
