Phil, this is an Explorer and nothing is mention in the Marti about trim or con. package. I wouldn't have a problem if it had a cigar lighter hole, it's just something different??%)%)
Your Marti report would show either of those if it came with them.

I went to BC Broncos yesterday and scored an uncut dash. It’s the rare cigar lighter delete dash! Not sure what year - 74 or later. It’s parchment so not a Ranger or Explorer.

After looking at the pics again. Especially this one..

Maybe the dash started out with no cigar lighter. The pic almost looks like someone started to either drill a hole or enlarge a hole using a hole saw and stopped before finishing?

That is what the outer ring looks like to me???

Jeff, I'd go with that but most hole saws use a 3/8" drill and that hole is 1/2" and every thing front and back looked to have been pressed???%)%)

Ben I think you pressed that hole in before you painted the dash just to make us all think you have something really rare. I know how you are.

You are probably on it phred! Ben likes those 'rare' things.....Like a old Oldsmobile, a long wheelbase early Bronco, a narrow body early Bronco, and now a one off blue Explorer with a funky hole in the dash!!
