How is it that some of you can run 35's with a 3.5" lift others with 3.5" lifts have trouble running 33's, is it the width of the wheel/tire?

Ya know my Tom's 3 1/2 inch lift has some pretty cool flex and my 33's get stuffed. If I put 35's they might fit but I would have to cut a lot more fender & I would not get the freedom and full flex that my 33's give me.

...I "think" that maybe those running 35's on a 3 1/2 inch work VERY GOOD for the street and light trail running, I know I would be able to do that but those same 35's would tear my truck up and the truck would tear them up as soon as I started doing some flexing.;)

That makes sense. Would you have trouble running a 15x10 wheel with 35x 12.50 on the street and light trail?

That one I do not know..but with my 33's on 15x8.5 I still get a pretty incredible turning radius!...I REALLY like that as I am still amazed at how well it turns!
