Does in my heart count? Then it would be 22 years. I sold my first one I got at 16 when I was 18. Bought another one 3 years ago at 35.

My dad bought his 66 in 68. 46 years. He'll be 72 this year and still runs the hell out of it at mud boggs with the 200 6 cylinder. ;)

I'll play KC, and congrats on your 32!
You might also do a deep search here to see if you can find it, because I think there was an extended thread about it several years ago. Don't remember when the last time I saw it was, but pretty sure it was quite awhile ago.
If you find it, might as well resurrect it as well.

April '76 for me. Makes it 38 "and this many..." years. Several members here have had theirs since new too, so whoever has the oldest one among those might just take the win.

Nowhere near the longest at just over 30 for the '73 sport........Pic Circa around '84. already "customized" red wiper cover and dash and door panels, smitty built roll cage original TONKA truck yellow paint visible on windshield frame.....vanity plates from what we did for fun in the country!!!! How do ya like the sweet 33" mud grips that where mounted on the hi-po 15x10 chrome wagons? Crazy thing it's still sporting the same exhaust except for the sonic turbo mufflers, they rotted out long ago!!

Bought my '73 in '95, so coming up on 20. Rig cost $2500 back then. Almost took it back to get my money back as it barely ran. Luckily my wife talked me into keeping it. I was actually looking for a Blazer when I spotted the ad in the Pennysaver. I was teaching animation at a College back then and had one of my students tow it 65 miles with his Panel Wagon

I feel like a newby at 25 1/2 years with my 69. I got it 1989 when I turned 16. With three kids eyeing it, it's sure to be in the family for a long time.

Same here. Bought my first one at 17, kept it for a year. Had to wait until I was 35 for current one. Going on 10 years with current Arab.

My EB is the longest vehicle I have ever owned...9-10 years if you count from the day I brought the first parts home!
