Hey All!
Just had a short email exchange w/ the Chief Judge, His Honor Karl Bradley of the now infamous Blindfold Driving Contest at MEB Gore each year. Since There have been numerous charges and counter charges concerning the rules, and in an attempt to have equal BUT "balanced" application thereof, and, in the spirit of "Fairness", I propose the following rule changes for this years event;

1) You will be required to complete the circuit once for every year you have won the event per timed attempt.

2) Each completed circuit required the driver and navigator to exchange places.

3) A new class of Broncos called EBs or "Electric Broncos" will be allowed to compete with Petro Broncos. EBs will be given a 50% time credit against their base circuit attempt time.

3a)If EBs still can't compete, they will be given some of the top finishers time until they become competitive.

4) If the EB receives additional power from "wind derived sources", it shall receive an additional 25% credit. Methane or other forms of "naturally derived gas" are not "wind".

5)If the Chief judge just doesn't like you, or thinks you don't hold the event in proper esteem, he can double your time.

The comment period is now open for discussion.

Enough fresh air. Back to the fiberglass mines..;D;D;D;D

Seriously Pat, it's all about "Balance" and "Fairness". Haven't you been listening to the guys in Washington? We're not giving the under priviledged their fair share of wins...

How about an entitlement credit for the elderly.

depends if we measure age in human or dog years. I know, makes no sense. Just go with it.

Actually, in the spirit of "fairness", it should be like the new health care system; on a bell curve. The very young and the very old are screwed. The middle gets everything they need since they are the productive class. You and I are headed to the glue factory.

As for winning a tub 05, Does that mean if I win, I actually get to keep one for ME?? ;D;D

Thats Randy and Jeff. I have yet to compete. I didnt want to steal team u-bolts thunder!! Gotta give the special kids something to dream about!;D

Oh, they're "special" all right. %)

Wanna be careful where we go with that. Don't want them to propose a "special needs" rule....

Notice the look on Karl's, I mean the "Chief Judge's" face in the third pic. Obviously, you would have been in violation of the proposed rule concerning holding the event in proper esteem. No dancing under the goal post. With the adoption of the new rule, you could have your time doubled.

This is behavior we'd expect from those evil "one percenters" who have won life's lottery....

;););)

Maybe the trophy needs to be bigger to match the size of your heads?? lololololololol

The rules committee may be exploring "amnesty" for previous "undocumented winners". It is the opinion of the rulemakers that everyone should "feel good" about their placement in the ranking. IE; there are no loosers.

Remember, if too few people have too many trophies, we may have to "redistribute" them to achieve "fundamental fairness". Hold off on that Uhaul.

Hey it works in Tee ball. Right??

Can you tell I'm being highly influenced by what our glorious leaders are accomplishing in Washington??
