Missed a whole weekend so trying to play catch up now. Let's see... spent some time tinkering with the steering column, rebuilt the gas pedal assembly with new pedal and components then installed it. Worked on fitting the radiator and fan shroud. Fan to shroud clearance was close, required some trimming along the bottom half of the opening. While I was at it I patched a previously broken out section on the side of the shroud. Also started on fitting and figuring how the fuel tank will sit and mount along with final fit and prep of the filler neck which involved finally cutting the hole through the floor. Speaking of cutting the floor... I had to cut a relief into the side of the tunnel in order to fit the T-case twin sticks along with a little extra clearance along the top edge for lever throw. I will be making a cover panel to tidy it up. And then there's the tail lights. That should be a simple one, right? Well, since the taillight buckets had already been previously permanently installed, and not quite correct, then things tend to require a little extra massaging to fit closer to proper.

Some more updates.... I made a new, wider fuel tank strap to replace the old mangled strap and installed the tank.

Then I had to clean things up and move all the junk out of the bay behind the paint booth area so I could push the Bronco back there in order to free up the booth to paint the other large parts.
I will say, it's not looking too bad for just a quickie type paint job.... better angle and lighting back there maybe. 😁

And with the booth now freed up, I painted the roll bar.
