Need tips on grafting metal fender flares

I need tips on how to weld metal flares for the rear by using spare front fenders. Please provide any pictures if possible.

Can't provide any tips as I've not done mine yet BUT here are a few threads on it.

Build a Bronco sells them. Not listed on their site. You have to email them. They told me $600 each........Once you get over the sticker shock, a new front finder is $200 and the rear is another $100 so half the cost is in parts.

I'm considering just buying them.......

i gave a guy a set of fenders this summer. he had a used set as well. he cut the rear half of the flares from each or the four fenders. he used two for the rear half of the rear flares, and two for the front half in sort of a criss-cross fashion. at first it was hard to follow his logic as he was explaining, but once i looked at a set of fenders it made sense. hes not done with it, but it does look pretty decent. the body lines of the rear half of the fender blend pretty well with the body line fore of the rear tire and frankly have a "factory" look.
