But all is well and probably somehow meant to be ;)[/QUOTE said:
Don't worry we will save you plenty of cookies for the next trip;) And after all how can we complain when you delivered such nice weather for our outing? It keeps getting better!
Friday night - Partly Cloudy, 62 degrees
Saturday - Sunny, 88 degrees
Saturday night - Clear 60 degrees
Sunday - Sunny, 89 degrees

Sounds like camping weather!

OOOPS! Sorry dear I did get the maps, and thanks a bunch. Been rather an unusual week for me.:-[ Gordon called me this week and we went over all the ones that are usually a concern. We will do our best to hit as many as we can this weekend. We'll even try to have some fun doing it.;D

We received about 2" of rain last night, and 15 hours of sun today, so the trails should be perfect in the morning! We are loaded up and hooked up! We should be at the park a little after 8am.;)

I was hoping to be able to make this but I'm not going to be able to. There's still a chance for Sunday but I can't say for sure. You guys have fun and be careful.

Here are some pics from two great days of wheeling. No breakage occurred other than one valve stem and some body damage on Biged's rig..... but overall it was a very successful trip. John has the official trip report notes! ;D

We ran a lot of trails with our small group of 4 Broncos. John ratcheted up our level of difficulty to primarily level 4 trails and one or two turned out to be solid 5's. %) Some air was achieved as was some tire stuffing!

And we had some great riders along for the trip as well. Robert and Ed's families had a good time as did Lisa...even though they chose to walk up a couple of those 4s that turned out to be 5s.;) And I can not forget Bubba, who like the tires ....got stuffed.....on crab legs! and moved a lot of rocks as well! Thanks Bubba.;D

This tail gate and grave yard of broken parts from past carnage pretty much sums up 4 fingers...one of those trails rated 4 that was a hard 5! The weather was great and so was the trip, but we missed many of our friends that could not make this trip so we discussed having one more run before OCBR...about a month from now......:) A second chance for everyone to check their rigs and the trails out before the big week in Sept!

As Rick stated, we had fun. Some breakage along the way but what do you expect from 4-5 rated trails. The weather was perfect - 60's to 80's with 100% sun on Saturday and mostly clouds this morning. Despite the weather, the park was all but empty. ?:? Oh well, all the more rocks for us to climb. ;D

My better half was there for Saturday and she snapped a few pics of our small group of 4 rigs.
