Just wish the food didn’t suck

My goodness I bet that does hurt going down, Not LOL Looks delish...

Rolled into Loreto last night and a few of us saw the sunrise over the water this morning. Less dusty, and a fun day pulling fish out of the ocean. Dinner tonight will be our fresh catch of Grouper and Red Snapper as well as trigger fish ceviche prepared by a local restaurant.

Awesome Mike, I bet that was a fun day for sure. Y'all stay safe..

Here's an update for those who haven't been following along with their progress on Scott's tracker page -> CLICKY

After a couple of nights at that awesome resort in Loreto, they are currently off roading their way across the peninsula back to HWY 1. There they will head south which will take them through Ciudad Insurgentes and Ciudad Constitución on their way to La Paz. It should be a fun night with the Club Baja Sur Early Ford Bronco guys! Looking forward to pics!

Keep in mind that they left on Pacific Time and they are now on Mountain Time since they arrived in Baja Sur. (southern Baja)

Looks like they might be around Comondu?

I was hoping they would go through Los Pasitas and up over the pass and down into La Paz but that could be a long rough day for them.

Yes, it looks like they stopped there for bit. They probably handed out some coloring books and checked it out.

I was hoping they would have the opportunity to take that route over the mountains too. One of my favorite days is coming over the mountains with the view of the Sea of Cortez, but like you said, that would definitely a rough day. There won't be enough time anyway. It's already after 1pm there, and even taking the highway they still have at least 6 hours ahead of them.

Checking out the link again (GPS), too cool how you can see where they're at now versus earlier this morning.

I hope they aren't having too many issues and enjoying like Randy said, an Epic Trip

Temperature wise it isn't exactly cool cool down there. 20 mph on dirt roads everything is getting a work out. Will be interesting to see how it all turns out with 40 to 50 year old trucks and what 30 to 60 year old bodies. Its a pretty stout pace even in a Bronco.

That's just too awesome! Those guys are great. I received these mugs from them today via Todd Z. Thanks again Todd!
Of course I've already put them to good use!

We took a very scenic and slow drive along the beach drag of LaPaz to our resort. Nobody was going to miss seeing us for sure. The Baja Sur Bronco Club escorted us through which was very kind of them. Sam from their club also went to a parts store in town to get me a rear pinion seal. Covered a lot of miles today and everyone loved to waive at us and got lots of thumbs ups. Had a nice steak dinner that a couple of the guys in our group from San Diego so kindly picked up.

I then had a couple of the guys help me swap out the pinion seal. Hoping it will seal up for the rest of the trip. Other than a rear driveshaft u joint and pinion seal, the Bronco has held up very well.

Green Bronco that belonged to one of the guys in the Baja club. They all had very nice rigs. Way cleaner than ours were!!

Worked our way back from La Paz to Loreto today on a really awesome 60 Mile dirt road. At the end of it was a 300 year old mission, San Javier.

Lots of dried up river bed crossings on the route.

One way road suddenly turned into a two way. This cowboy took a cerveza as toll. The Bronco behind me gave him a Wild Horses koozie to keep it cold!

Had to keep a lookout for goats. This family of them couldn’t scatter away from us fast enough.

A group of us ate at Super Burro on some experienced Baja Bronco Racer suggestions.

Love that road into San Javier - we race the other way on it and I love those water crossings.

Glad you got to go to Super Burro - we love that place!

Looks like all 11 trucks are back on the ground again?
