radius arm build tech

He finished it. He had to limit strap it because it was so flexy. Im definitely getting excited.

Does your setup flex like that? I think this is a great option for linking the front without having to worry about the upper link placement.

He went really inboard on the frame mounts, looks sweet though and flexes pretty darn good. I'm definitely going to do a Y link radius arm setup!

I'm impressed with the orange bronco! I am in the middle (like getting brake lines run in the next two days and deciding on radius arm fabrication)of putting a set of superduty axles under my bronco and the stock bushings on the axle are only 7 inches apart vertically. I think moving the arms in between the frame mounts would be a great idea. This really wouldn't be too hard to do, just build a new cross member. I was already going to build the radius arms.

Anyone have a comment that I haven't thought about yet?

Steve (orange bronco) is the reason I built the arms as well. Its almost cartoon like how much flex he got out of it. If mine does similar I will need a suck winch as well.
