Thanks Steve! I couldnt have done it without you guys helping me. There are a lot of little odds and ends to wrap up. Front brake lines, front drive shaft, it looks a little low in front so I will need to bump up the coil hieght. All that in good time though as the movers are coming today.

I got home and looked at it again. I am not sure if I am sold on how low the front sits. I need to put the shocks on the and fill the tank with gas to make my final verdict. If I took the front up an inch that would help my fender eating tire problem.

Maiden voyage today, so far I am impressed, the brakes on the D60 are huge and I need another prop valve that suits it better. I like the full width but the 3link gives me a lot of body roll. The t case has decided to void its bowels through the rear output so I suppose I need to replace that seal now.

Soooooo I took the exhaust off my dodge to put the new one on. Summit sent the wrong one... No worries, bronco up! I have to get ready for my move to MI so who knew you can fit 6 trailer tires in a bronco? Yep all six across the tailgate. I drove about 50 miles total a mix of city and highway and my only complaint is that i have a slight left pull. Not when I hit the brakes but just going don the road. It isn't terrible but enough to notice. I will measure again and make sure it is all square then toss some more caster on it if I get the chance. It's a bummer I do not get to wheel this weekend but I just do not have the resources or time.

Wow! Just went through the build and nice job. Came out really nice and I like the stance on the truck! Low and all business. ;D

Thanks, I am really happy that everything turned out pretty much the way I wanted. I always wanted my bronco to be full width so now I finally feel good about the way it sits.

I still have an issue with they way the Pass shock mount is. It is just rigged up for street because the upper link took the place of the shock mount. So what I think I will do is put the shock infront of the spring? it is that or completely rework the upper mount or put on coilovers or ORI's.

Nick, from looking at the pics theres plenty of room on the outside of the spring for a shock. that would help the body roll issue too. Not looking at it in person, but I think there is.

So I've kinda let this thing go to the wayside, as soon as I got it done the trans started making some really unhappy sounds. It's only gotten worse like most trans problems so I've kinda just let it be.

Today I drug it out of the weeds and played with it a bit. The welded 60 front sucks ass for steering, I'm going full hydro, the rear needs to be cut more, I'm going to 86 the fuel tank and go with a cell as well as extend the wheel tubs.

Tomorrow I'm going to rebuild the new trans. I'm saying goodbye to the NP435/dana 20 and putting in a C6/203/205.

Checking the flex looks like I'll need to put my passenger shock mount in front of the axle and relocate the battery to where the heater is supposed to be. It never had one anyway.
