First, I would like to say thanks to all the contributors on this site, I would have never gotten this far without you. And generally, I never have to post because I can always find answers and guidance searching old threads.

So I started my bronco for the first time since mostly completing the explorer serpentine conversion and electric pump install. Fired right up, but after a minute of running, I noticed the belt was starting to walk out of the grooves if the power steering pump. From there the belt is riding toward the front of the fan pulley and walking out of the grooves on the crankshaft pulley, then gets corrected on the lower passenger side pulley and is fine on the alternator. Based on that, it seems to be that its getting out of whack between the alternator and the power steering pump.

Where do I start to diagnose the issue and come up with a game plan to resolve. After everything was installed, I put a straight edge across all the pulleys, and everything seemed to line up. I did have to space out the crank pulley to get it in line, thought the problem might be there, but it appears the alignment issue starts at the power steering pump, or the pulley between that and the alternator.

If there are additional pics that would help, let me know I’m more than happy to take them.

Thanks in advance.
