Spindle Seals

Im replacing my spindle bearings on my '76 and I bought the repair kit from JBG that came with the bearing and the 3 new seals. I have the large seal in place around the axle shaft and my other question is the seal that looks like a flat washer, does it matter which way that slides onto the axle shaft because it has a bevel on the one side?? My other question is the small o ring style washer, mine wasnt there so not sure exactly how it goes...
