Thoughts on these spindles?

Title says it all. Rebuilding my Dana 44 and the spindles look like I’d expect 50 year old spindles to look. Would you guys go ahead and reuse these or grab a new set?

If the pictures show it accurately, I wouldn’t.
The bluing isn’t as bad as I’ve seen, but unless it’s a trick of the light, it looks like the bearing race surfaces are pretty worn. Especially the inner.
Is that what you see?

I wouldn't either, looks worn enough bearings might spin in inner race.

The caveat for me, is I've been somewhat "out of the game for a while. What is the quality of new Chinese stuff?
(and/or, is there anything made decent quality these days on those). I've personally been around long enough, that I have
old spares, so don't really need to buy anything.

Yeah the race surfaces are pretty beat up and you can definitely feel the change in material heights running a finger accross it. Time to order a new set

I’ve had good luck on the rest of the aftermarket parts I’ve been using, hopefully same goes for spindles! Thanks for the input
