Most recent project, new oil pan. The one I reused was leaking so I bought a new one from Duffs that didnt have a dipstick bung so I cut it up and transferred the bung from the old pan. I was also getting weird readings from the oil pressure gauge and decided to see what was going on in there haha:
Peeled back the cover on the pick up tube (reused from before the engine build, never looked in there and found this awesomeness)

So I checked the pump and it was ok (thank God) and ordered the new pan and a pickup tube

New pan: no bung

Little bit of cutting, rtv, and JB Weld... no more leaks (I cut the bolts down after this pic) :)

6 quarts of Royal Purple 10w30 and a new filter and now I'm getting some nice consistent pressure (engine was cold in the following pic)

I am going to start updating this thread. I've done a lot over the past 2 years starting with a 3 speed to ZF swap. Here are a few pictures from pulling the ZF from a 95 5.8 F250 at the local u pull.

I went with an NP205, JBfab shifters, BC Broncos clutch line and crossmember. I resealed the 205 and added the JBfab shift detents while I was in there to grinding the shift rails for independent operation.

Once I got the tunnel modified to fit the ZF my current dash setup wouldn't work anymore so I ordered a BC Broncos dash blank. I transferred my Marshall gauges, F150 vents, wrapped it in zebra wood veneer and black leather vinyl

Here are some pictures of the mock up. I also swapped over to a GM steering column with a Lecarra wheel

I upgraded the stock style steering to BC Broncos Heim steering. Here is a picture mid install. I also had some coolant and oil leaks to fix. Replaced the rear main and oil pan while I was in there
